Most: Fruits, beef, fish, salad, oatmeal, bread, cereal, OJ, non-alcoholic cider, water
Least: chicken, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, unsalted nuts (I'm kinda burned out on them), milk
I like broccoli, brussels sprouts, and steamed peas+corn+carrots but I just get lazy after making the main course that I don't make time for a side of vegetables. I love baked potatoes, it's way too easy to fry them though so I don't like buying them often.
I never liked oatmeal(or bananas) when I was young but I saw a motivational picture of Bill Nye referencing oatmeal and cycling and I decided to try it again, I find it pretty fulfilling as breakfast.
I stopped eating fast food when I had to start paying for my own groceries. A burger and fries for example could be made for less, and I saw how easily grabbing takeout during/after school or work could really eat into my budget.
