I have the boringest diet ever. It rarely diverges from the following:

breakfast: salad or boiled eggs
lunch: salad
dinner: chicken and vegetables
evening: boiled eggs or chicken

Lots of: vegetables, fruits, eggs, chicken, tea
Some: fish, nuts, beef, alcohol, potatoes, rice
No: refined sugar, coffee, pork, dairy, wheat

Occasionally alcohol moves from "some" to "lots of."

Eight times outta ten I skip breakfast and lunch. (usually because I'm sleeping)

I like fruit and salad, but don't eat as much as I should.

Dinner is whatever's being cooked for me, or take away food.
My meals vary from very healthy to very unhealthy.

If I have to feed myself it's usually eggs and bacon. (I can't really cook)
Or bread, and whatever I have to stick on it. I love cheese.

People usually feed me:
Some typical Irish dishes like stew and coddle.
Some typical English dishes like cottage pie and roasts.
(The usual meat, potato and veg)

Some typical Italian dishes. (Most especially pizza)
Some typical Indian dishes.
Some typical Chinese dishes.

But my favorite, which I've been eating quite a bit lately is Mediterranean food, chicken, rice and peas, mmm nom nom.

Typical black people can cook so much better than typical white people.

I had to feed myself on Friday and Saturday; on Friday I had some chips, chocolate and skittles. For breakfast yesterday I had a whole packet of cookies and yogurt, and some more chips for dinner lol.

Today I've had one piece of toast, and half my Sunday roast.

I usually have one meal a day and then maybe some small snacks when I get bored.

Most of those meals can be described as some combination of <bread product>, <meat product>, <cheese product>, and sometimes <spicy>.

Burritos, burgers and pizza are my go-to's previously but I've been trying to branch out more, seeing as I finally don't live in a place where there's only like 3 food places within walking distance (and yet I'm still getting a burger from In n Out later. Nice one, me).

Edit: Also, waaaayyy too much soda. I think it's nearing physical dependency.

I eat whatever I feel like eating as long as it doesn't cause major inconvenience. If I'm preoccupied with my thoughts, I eat the same biscuits for days.

Most: Fruits, beef, fish, salad, oatmeal, bread, cereal, OJ, non-alcoholic cider, water
Least: chicken, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, unsalted nuts (I'm kinda burned out on them), milk

I like broccoli, brussels sprouts, and steamed peas+corn+carrots but I just get lazy after making the main course that I don't make time for a side of vegetables. I love baked potatoes, it's way too easy to fry them though so I don't like buying them often.

I never liked oatmeal(or bananas) when I was young but I saw a motivational picture of Bill Nye referencing oatmeal and cycling and I decided to try it again, I find it pretty fulfilling as breakfast.

I stopped eating fast food when I had to start paying for my own groceries. A burger and fries for example could be made for less, and I saw how easily grabbing takeout during/after school or work could really eat into my budget.

No red meat. I genuinely dislike it as I derive no pleasure from taste nor texture, and persevering through the mediocrity results in my stomach rage-quitting on me. For some weird reason, by body isn't wired to take that shit. Same with pork.

No sea food either, because it freaks me the fuck out. I can't explain why.

Chicken, rarely bacon and most often processed meats like thinly sliced ham for sandwiches. That's pretty much all the meat I get, but we do tend to Quorn etc. Mainly because to me, it tastes great and is a decent source of protein. Not because I'm against eating meat, or whatever.

Veg: anything and everything.
Fruit: bananas, apples, pears, grapes, mago, watermelon... stuff like that.
Nuts and stuff - often
Pasta / pizza and anything Italian = my favourite

I think overall, my diet is fairly balanced. I just don't eat much meat because it messes with my stomach and I tend to find it passé.

Depends on my finances, when I'm poor I'll cook for myself and mainly buy/steal ( times where I've been too poor for food) lots of vegetables of all kinds, meat, usually chicken or beef (often I skip meals with meat, especially when I'm poor) and rice or noodles. This is pretty much my staple diet in either stir fry or soup form. I'll eat the for breakfast and dinner, its rare for me to eat more than twice a day.
I eat the same kinds of food when I go to restaurants (right now I almost always eat out, cooking is inconvenient as I'm only ever home to sleep. I don't have any groceries and haven't for the past two weeks).

You have been too poor to eat?

Fuck, man. Harsh. I hope your circumstances have improved and continue to do so.

Ha yeah, there's been times when travelling I've had no money and foraged wild fruits and stolen processed foods. It was only for a short stint when plans didn't quite work out and I fell foul to uncharted territory. I'm fairly resilient though, so don't mind me.

Ah, so it was more of an adventure then?

Cool. I've long wanted to wander off the beaten track myself, and plan to do so when the kids are older. I'll need some survival training before doing it, but I eventually want to fly over to the US of motherfuckin' A and get dropped into the middle of one of the vast wildernesses over there.

Physical training has already begun. I've given myself at least eight years. I aim to be built like a fucking bear by the time I'm 38-40 (currently 30).

My biggest concern is Sasquatch. He be out there, yo.

You should work on getting more sleep and using a good diet if you want to improve physically.

Hiking and exploration intrigues me, I'm yet to try it for any reasonable distance. It would only require a little planning, the route, how many days worth of food to take and packing as light as you possibly can.
I'm based in Australia and am in a literal gem of possibility of where I may decide to go, anywhere here, Tasmania, NZ, or any Asian places ( North Asia I'm looking at you)

Yeah, unfortunately the sleep thing is pretty much out of the window for the next few years. I tend to get a decent diet, though I've had to cut down massively on sugary shit. I'm a bit of a chocoholic, but I can't hack it any more - eating something with high sugar content makes me feel shit. I basically go offline for anything up to an hour afterwards. I've found that sticking to dark chocolate is a very wise move.

I really want to get to Australia one day. Both myself and the wife, actually. Maybe even to live :O we're just cruising along for the moment. We'll make decisions when the kids are a bit older and we're more freed up to concentrate on careers and the like. For now, we're in the north west of the UK. It's shit and boring, but it could be a lot worse.
