Well today something really angered me. I have a friend who never really does her math homework (I'm not saying I'm a saint on it, I usually do mine in homeroom) but most of the time in homeroom she's just talking to friends and such, while the rest of the class is working to finish their work. I know a lot of people who try as much as they can to finish not stopping to even talk until it's through. Anyways, so my math teacher has some song to teach us a formula but she said she wouldn't sing it and wanted someone else to do it. So automatically everyone points to my friend as she's in chorus and she agrees. Yet here's the thing... all of the zeros she has on her homework grades are taken off. Yes, and she has a good amount of them I do believe. So, she didn't try while others worked, and just because she will sing a stupid song probably to a little tune like row row row your boat for 10 seconds she gets all the points she needs? I don't know, this just doesn't seem just to me... maybe I'm just being too severe on it, I'm not going to talk to the teacher about it or anything (I'm not that kind of person) but I still view it as being completely unfair to everyone else. Your opinions? I apologize if this doesn't seem that important, but it just got me angry enough to realize just how screwed the school system is.
