If the SC doesn't change their minds after this, and if Trump is still on the ballot, WTF America.
It what world does that make ANY sense? And, its not democrats - its the republicans doing it.
So why would the Republican party undermine their own candidate?
So I suppose then the accusations against him never stick because he's innocent? I mean it doesn't make sense for the same people who are conspiring against him to also be the ones protecting him.Because many republicans don't actually like Trump - don't want to see him run again after the issues he's had already. They just didn't want to be public about saying so - for fear of backlash.
Who is protecting him?
If the documents from fake electors from 2 critical battleground states were stuck in the mail, then surely the rest were not stuck in the mail, and arrived safely.
This ballot removal seems to be done on the basis of the 14th Amendment. If you look at the text, it's clear, that it's a disqualification from holding office, not from being elected. So they can't stop Trump being on the ballot. They can only stop Trump from taking office, if elected. If the SC doesn't change their minds after this, and if Trump is still on the ballot, WTF America.
If this article is accurate, then a significant portion of anyone who might have been picked as an elector, has already been bribed and cannot be trusted to vote properly.
Nothing sticks because he is like a Mob boss and the fake charisma and money holds it up.
I will put my energy into nature and move away from Political things which none of us really has any real effect on anyway.
Yes let's save democracy by removing the leading candidate from the ballot.
If Trump's team tried to rig the election with fake votes then why isn't CNN just saying that, why don't they use the terminology everyone understands, why are they going to great pains to say "fake elector"?
Seems to me they're trying to imply his people tried to rig the election without getting themselves in legal trouble for libel, using terminology that the layman wouldn't understand, intentionally trying to get the reader to misinterpret it.
If Trump is removed from the ballot then democracy is dead, even if we assume he's the worst possible candidate by every objective measure the fact remains that it's the people's choice. That choice cannot be made for them, even if it is blatantly the wrong choice if that choice is taken away from them then voting becomes meaningless.

However, that also means that even if Biden is elected, if the 14th Amendment would invalidate Biden, then Biden cannot be President either. Others have pointed out that Biden has done far more than enough to qualify being disqualified by the 14th Amendment. Unless that challenge has been answered, Biden has technically zero chance of becoming President, no matter how many votes he wins.
In 2016, the Democrats tried to scare the people from voting for Trump.
Now, they're trying to scare the states into denying people the ability to vote for their chosen candidate? #we're_protecting_democracy_by_telling_you_who_to_vote_for?
Has this been proven in a court of law? It's crystal clear he broke the law here, what Trump orchestrated is electoral fraud, undermining thousands of voters from the two relevant states to corrupt and try to achieve a winning electoral number at the US capital.
im sure all those voters would be delighted to hear that a handful of (partisan) judges decided to remove him from the ballot
this is just a pure clown show at this point, what a fucking mess US is

Glad you brought this up. Are democrats losing their marbls?im sure all those voters would be delighted to hear that a handful of (partisan) judges decided to remove him from the ballot
sorry this was incorrect
they weren't judges, and they weren't a handful. It was just 1 person, the secretary of state of Maine (some woman called Shenna Bellows). I assume state secretaries at state level are not even elected but appointed, like at the federal level?

I don't care what some article says, there's a lot of misinformation these days, but if there's proof that Trump has orchestrated electoral fraud then he should be quite rightly brought before the courts and put on trial.
If that's not happening, why not?
If he's declared guilty by a fair trial then quite rightly every state would then be obligated to remove him from the ballot, instead it seems one state has simply assumed his guilt and acted upon their assumption, hence why its been so controversial.
If Trump was subjected to a fair trial and found guilty based on evidence then there would be no grounds for controversy.
Yes it was, bad and people had died, but in US this sort of stuff happens all the time.Jan 6th was a bad day

JobsTo answer Cogs question, my guess is that corruption, popularity and money is whats protecting him, and businesses who get kick backs for being in his corner. Nothing sticks because he is like a Mob boss and the fake charisma and money holds it up. Its nothing more than sensationalism.
But in truth, many lies do stick, its just that some people have blinders on to it because they aren't being honestly open about listening to the whole picture. A better question is, what makes some people deny that he has a track record of wrong in the first place? Why defend someone who is only popular because he gets away with it? Look for someone that is boring but honest instead and change it up. America and the world do not deserve that lie.
Also, its NOT peoples choice, he tried in many ways to change the vote in his own favor, and even wanted that Jan 6th crowd to change the votes. He isn't actually the choice at all - even the 2016 and 2020 vote were corrupted. Why on earth would you vote for a person that wants to f over democracy? When someone is only interested in your support for their own benefit, or sense of importance, where is the benefit? Hopefully they'll see through the fooling facade of it soon. Consider that the conservative media is corrupt and for entertainment only. You aren't getting the full picture over in other countries. He is a revengeful, hurt man child baby in it for his own twisted win. NOT for the benefit of people.
The voting process needs to be upgraded though.
Well he was not wrong.Simultaneously Trump was saying all the elections were a fraud.
Reps and Dems work for the same people, both parties have same goal.Democrats have to offer actual solutions to conservative bases.
That is because local governments are not worth eroding, but governments are if working properly giving people power, hence why big elites erode governments to make them work against people.Political narratives are so twisted, hardly worth even creating. We can characterize most people in government as sociopaths in some angles and sado masochistic victims in others. Local government is way better.
Well he was not wrong.
It was factually rigged and there was proof.
Yeah, real unfortunate the founding fathers didn't foresee that corporations would be considered legal entities equal to humans. Kinda skews the pendelum in one direction for power. It doesn't matter who gets elected. They become an agent of corporations, sometimes not even US owned corporations.Reps and Dems work for the same people, both parties have same goal.
People as such are not being represented in either party.
They divide populations as target audience in TV, each population watching their favorite show, to reel them in, and vote for criminal of choice.
Key strategic point is people fighting among each-other while the ship sinks.
Believing in savior.
You're going to have to link me to whatever your referring too. Here in the states there is so much dense noise surrounding politics. Even independent media reports on menial dramatic bullshit to get clicks.
That was a while ago. They were really at peek power back then imo. The relationship between Government and Tech companies is push and shove rn. They of course have so much data, it's scary to think about, but they're pretty much in kahoots at this point, because all the government has to do is ask for your information.

Pushing the economy down, will happen, as it will be convenient for the rich.LMAO because rapid expansion and few anti-trust laws did so well for us in the gilded age. Holy fuck this economy is going to be a calamity if everyone just sits on their ass.
Nothing matters. The state always gets its way and the people have been empirically shown to have close to zero impact on public policy. They still have to put on a show for us, though, to prevent us from chimping out when times get too hard. I can go into detail in a later post about why it is I have come to these conclusions.Yes let's save democracy by removing the leading candidate from the ballot.
