Sorry, nothing metaphysical or philosophical about this thread intps.

I'm having trouble sleeping and I think it's my damn pillow. Which pillow should I buy that will fix the problem but not make me poor? Does anyone of you have such a special pillow or you all use normal ones?

I just use normal pillows, but a foam one underneath and a feather one on top.
Everyone is different though, you should start by thinking about if your head feels too high or too low.
And it depends on how you sleep as well, for example whether you sleep on your back or side.

Try searching google for advice on choosing pillows

Try using a headrest instead.

I use one of the Temperpedic pillows. In all honesty, it comes to you as hard as a rock and you need to get an MMA fighter to beat it until it softens up. Even after such an event, it just does not offer what is promises. Though they feel nice, I have not noticed an improvement in my sleep.

I don't use a pillow. It's the first thing I throw out.
