I am not saying tyranny and oppression doesn't exist. I am not even saying people should stop trying to taking a portion of the 1%. What I am saying, is that people, if they are a part of the capitalist system and have either used facebook, or bought a coca cola, or taken on debt in a bank at some point – they are all engaging in a process of transferring their wealth upstream. It is then silly to complain after the fact when they finally realize they are stuck in hamster wheel and nobody's gonna give them their money back.
Sure I get it and I agree. I'd say however that the system is rigged and people are born ignorant. If there is nobody to explain things for them they fall into various traps.
Probably the most common trap of all is having a child without sufficient wealth, if the parents wish to own up to this responsibility they become a slave of the system.
So there exist those born with an initial advantage and disadvantage within the system, this advantage can take various shapes but it helps them get more ahead and make sure others remain ignorant or deprived.
I'd at least wish for the capitalist system to allow everyone to shed their ignorance, but it isn't possible, rather becoming less ignorant is a matter of birth, support or opportunity.
Some are born too stupid to ever realise the position they are in, so they are arranged their place by someone else.
I'm aware that what you've said may be limited to facebook or loans, I'm merely wishing to explain that in the fullest sense this 99% weren't willingly transferring upstream but it happened partly due to ignorance and coercion as well.
If you happen to be within the top 30%, greed and luxury may be one of the factors keeping you from disobeying the upstream flow if only to catch some of the wealth of the lower 70% that's going to pass through your hands upwards.
I'm not saying someone should give up their stuff to make others happy, everyone fights their own battles and decides what is right for themselves. I'm simply observing the way of things and commenting where I don't accept the usual ordeal.
