Ever since the 2015 entry I am only seeing propaganda songs from the Russian Eurovision song contest entries.

2011 - Russia is being acknowledged and near top of popularity so play on the "cool factor".
2012 - A strong culture and nationalistic focus compared to teg previous years more global focus due to elections.
2013 - Try to get a better negotiating position for Ukraine and send a diplomatic message.
2014 - Play on the show of force of Russia while intermixing it with messages of love and peace, as the optimal way to aid in nonintervention policy.
2015 - gg, you won, now it's time to start turning opinion back in your favour as damage control. Really remind people that they want peace and not war so as to limit negative feelings. Personally I thought it was a massive slap in the face with how obvious the propaganda was. 2016 - try the return to normalcy, remind people how "cool" Russia is and make them forget/marginalise the past years.

The Eurovision song contest is a big deal, it is the most intimate contact a lot of people get with Russia and they use it to shape opinion. I am not saying this is a bad thing I just think it's impressive that Russia make use of Eurovision as the massive PR event that it is, rather than just seeing it as a random song contest. Or I am just paranoid *shrug*.

Survived another semester. Should have around a 3.5 gpa when I graduate assuming all goes well. The downside is I am short one class so I will not be able to graduate next semester all because they didn't offer it. Ugh...then comes the question of how I will manage to spend that time properly. I could take an extra class and get a certificate in finance and find some job to do in the meantime I guess. And I should probably take a calc class so I can keep up with my math skills. Then I have to figure out how the hell I'm going to pay for going to a university. If I want to live on campus which I do I will be looking at gross expenses of around 25,000 maybe worse. And I am still trying to choose between three different directions. This all could go very well or very badly.

My senior year, I was really far ahead on course requirements. 1st semester I took a really light load, only 12 credits, and not terribly difficult classes either. It was way too easy.

2nd semester I overcompensated and took 2 really hard classes. One of them was a computer class, which I figured I needed since I'd be out in the workforce soon. Last chance to do it in school. Man that was miserable! After being worked to death at that class, I vowed that I'd never work that hard again until I was well paid to do it. No way I'd pay anyone else for the privilege of killing myself. That other hard class, I just tanked.

I can't remember what my reasoning was. I just know what the decision or conclusion was.
And I forget how I've been feeling. I remember when I was in CBT, which was once a week, and the psych would ask everyone how they've been feeling since the last visit. Everyone else would be able to answer and I'd have no clue.
The worst (and scariest) was when we had to answer questionnaires. I'd sit there and not be able to answer more than a few questions, whereas everyone else could get them done in a few minutes.

I find pictures of the cityscape a lot more humane than pictures of nature, or i.e. the landscape. Landscape pictures, whether that be the forests or the mountains or the beaches seemingly appear pretentious. I guess I resonate a lot more with my natural habitat rather than the wild? It's ironic that I place more value on the concrete rather than the jungle itself.

It's the drugs and bad habits that will be dragging me down sooner rather than later, and so I intend to utilise me whilst I still can.

Also thanks for buying Xamarin, Microsoft. I can't imagine more fun activities than hours and hours of troubleshooting [insert one of several Microsoft tools here] merely because my lecturer thinks using Visual Studio for Android development is a good idea.

Then again, I'm just an idiot who is scared by complexity too easily.
