I'm on a vinyl buying binge, probably due to my what.cd account being on its deathbed (apparently I don't upload enough) and the fact that I've actually got some spare change for the first time in years. Anyways, I decided to buy White Hinterland's brilliant new album "Kairos" on Vinyl and CD, though it also came with the MP3 DL code for my instant gratification needs. That was last week, this week Portugal. The Man, one of my absolute favorite bands, released a new album "American Ghetto". I grabbed the Vinyl and the DL code for that (and never downloaded the leak). They are one of the hardest working bands in the world and extremely genuine/earnest/awesome. I'm so proud to support them as they deserve every penny. So, what was the last album you bought?

Typically I steal artists' music from the internet, rather than pay for it with my hard-earned cash; tit doesn't make much sense blowing cash on albums when there's worthwhile things to buy like socks...or a hot meal (imo, of course). : (

Having said that, the last CD/Album I bought was London Calling, like a year and a half ago.

Shame on you! You... you, you thief! :p

I believe in a try before you buy policy (I don't do this as much now though for some reason). If you don't like it don't buy it. That said, there are times when I select an artist at random and buy one of their albums. The last album I bought this way was Loituma - Things of Beauty

The last album I bought though was Tool - Lateralus

Good choice Hawkeye!

Technically I bought a few albums in one order so the last album(s) I bought were A Love Supreme- John Coltrane, Falling down a mountain- Tindersticks and Moondog I & II- Moondog. All pretty awesome albums btw.

last album i bought as far as i can remember is Jamie Foxx - Intuition. Loved it, im sure the ladies like it a lot more than I did but most importantly that's how it's supposed to be.

Nowadays i download music instead. just to make sure its good or not. Like bananaphallus said earlier.. you'd rather spend your money on a hot meal than support someone you thought you liked. (i almost paid for a soulja boi album)
