Escher is my favorite artist, and has been for quite a while. I was literally about to create an Escher appreciation thread when I saw this...

INTP forum somewhat scares me...It is like looking in a mirror.

I thought this guy did a good job in using his imagination and 'colorizing' this piece...

GREAT!! oddly enough for some reason, it reminds me of the intro to the old anime Neon Genesis Evangelion.

why do i find coloured in Escher offensive

reminds me of the initial shock of finding out that greek and Roman marble statues were originally painted in gaudy colours
