Found a lump on the underside of my left thiegh, about 1cm in diameter, normally I wouldn't be too concerned as it dosen't hurt or anything but my calf muscle in the same leg has had poor circulation recently, is this cause for concern or do you think it's just an unrelated muscle strain?

I don't want to go to a doc just to hear him say "Yep that's a lump, come back if it moves or starts hurting".

Maybe you're patient zero for the solanum virus? That'd be pretty cool. Not so much for you. Or anyone in this country, really. Still cool though.

Yeah, that could be legitimate. Everything gives you cancer these days. You've probably been breathing too much oxygen or something. That'll do it.

Cancer can be cured though. Just inject enough marijuanas and you'll be fine. I suggest 10 to 15 injections and you'll be 'right as rain'.

If you lose your leg, you should develop an assortment of leg attached tools. For example, you can have one with a shovel, one with a jackhammer, one as a unicycle (a bicycle wheel with one pedal), one with a chainsaw, etc. That'd be rad. You'd be such a useful human.

I don't want to go to a doc just to hear him say "Yep that's a lump, come back if it moves or starts hurting".

Since you want someone to tell you it's no big deal and likely will go away on its own so that you can save money and avoid an uncomfortable situation or wasted time...

"I am sure its nothing."

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any death or dismemberment caused or resulted from my advice. Nor can I make claim to any accuracy of examining your owie from hundreds of miles away. Nor am I a doctor but I am good with Google.

If you have bad circulation in that leg, it could potentially be a blood clot. You could always perform self-surgery to find out.. have a steak knife and some alcohol lying around? ;D

Well it's gone now, which is either really good or really bad.

Deadpool anyone? If I don't post for two years you'll know I'm dead.
No betting if I haven't posted in the last two weeks.

Oh wow now that's a pimple, the biggest I've ever had was in my nose, I've got an English nose, not massively bulbous but the end does have that rounded shape, anyway up inside the bulb of my nose (which is surprisingly hollow) this pimple had been growing for months, years, I dunno but it was by far the biggest pimple I've ever had.

No prizes for guessing how I discovered it.

I had to practically turn my nose inside out to pop it and when I did I savoured the moment, it was incredibly satisfying and yet regretful, a bittersweet moment.
