I wanted to try polyphasic sleep, but I can't in my current situation so I'm stuck at sleeping from 7-8 AM to 1-2 PM. That would be a good day, when i can actually fall asleep. Otherwise i just stay awake days in a row till I'll finally fall asleep.
Mon : W 6am --- S 3am
Tue : W 6am --- S 4am
Wed : W 11am --- S 3am
Thu : W 6am --- S 4am
Fri : W 6am --- S 2am
Sat : W 1pm --- S 3am
Sun : W 1pm --- S 4am
Mon : No sleep
Tue : No sleep
Wed : Crash all day, wake up for all-nighter.
Thu : No sleep
Fri : No sleep

You guys who sleep less than 28 hours a week...How do you do it? If I don't get at least 56 hours of sleep a week, I'm a bear.
