The problem of course is that the word, "so" in this sentence makes it grammatically incorrect. I would assume that the phrase you were intending to use is, "seeing as though". However even that phrase doesn't really make sense in the context of a title.

The phrase, "seeing as though" is one best used for the purpose of highlighting an opposing fact or contradiction to a previously made statement. It is interchangeable with a few other phrases too, such as: in spite of, despite the fact and notwithstanding (or "notwithstanding that"). Example of the phrase in action:

Lot: Hey Gopher are you still up for that circlejerk tonight at 6pm?

Gopher: Seeing as though I told you yesterday I have an appointment to be set on fire by Proxy at that time, I will not be able to make the weekly circlejerk.

So now that I've adequately demonstrated everything wrong with your title, I'm going to provide a few examples of how it could have read much better.

I am back from my hiatus... - This is simply removing the out of context jargon from your initial title and leaving the rest in tact. The ellipsis that you used is left intact, as it does imply a certain amount of foreboding, as if there's more to the purpose of your thread than a mere announcement of your return. Which is true. Good suspense builder. However you could have built on that even further, as in my next example:

Now that I am back from my hiatus... - This is a much more powerful way to signal the impending doom implicit in your return, so that you can really ellicit that spine-chilling fear response in your audience as they cry to no one in particular, "Oh fuck man, Proxy's come back after all this time! We're fucking doomed!"

By using the word, "now" you're making it very clear that the way the forum has generally operated for the last *however long since your hiatus started* was simply the byproduct of your absence. By making the very clear distinction that you're now back, it makes it very clear that shit is about to go down (again).

That about concludes the grammatical errors in your title. Hopefully you'll put some of what I've just taught you to use in your next attempt at satire. That way it might even be humorous to people (mentally) aged five and up, as opposed to being humorous to...Sinny91.
