Ahhh....

Hello everyone. I saw this forum a few days ago, and browsing through it I felt right at home. I'm thoroughly an INTP - intp.org's profile is an extensive match. And, like the most of you, I'm having a hard time figuring "it all" out, so I thought I'd come and stay in the sanctuary a while.

Let me tell you the big things of note about myself. My name is Brian, I live in Colorado, I'm 24, and I work as a theatre technician specializing in audio.

Sometimes writer, sometimes artist, most times reading, all times pondering, and lately all-too obsessed with current events and here it is much too late in the night - as always.

Anyway, rather than go on with exposition, I just feel like throwing out a few of my favorite quotes. Guesses, anyone?

* * * * *
"Being a Humanist means trying to behave decently without expectation of rewards or punishment after you are dead."

"Proud of their homemade muskets - painfully aware of the existence of machine guns..."

"How to paint a perfect painting:
Become perfect, then paint naturally."

"[That's] nothing but demeaning, patronizing sexist macho crap."

"Or badly-phrased love."

"So the fate... of the entire human race depends upon my wild guess?"

"This is the contract that there is no contract."

-"Do I get a copy?"
"No."

Hello and welcome.
I like the quotes. I keep a collection of them myself. Now I have to go get my quote book and something to write with so I can record them for future enjoyment.
