I’m not sure if I got lucky or if I am actually partially an intp because of this but my dad is an intj and always has been. And I never really took in the significance of this from an extroverted perspective I guess but I think I’m improved on several psychological skills because of my dads highly developed Ni and Te but it definitely has helped. I have a lot of advice from INTJs if anybody is curious and a intj friend that is fairly close too that I’ve known for the last 6 years almost which I believe is significant because I’m realizing how rare they are. Also the reason why I think I became an intp is because of my rebliious attitude to all my dads flaws and naturally rebelling from him because he’s my father and I’ve taken all of the person mistakes I think he had and reformed it. Believe it or not we fight a lot and we are both turbelent( type-Ts) variations of our types so we actually constantly have been debating logic my whole life with him and learning from it but tbh more so now we argue over logical dominance a lot and it’s really bad. However, me and my intj friend probably get along more than anyone else, even my entj friend but this is probably because I know so much about him from my father. But otherwise I’m pretty sure it’s actually hard for intps to get along with intjs almost like if they are rivals in several stereotypical scenarios. And most of the time the only other personality type with males that I get along with is entjs. With females it’s usually infjs and infps. But I’m not sure how much tht differentiates with gender because I don’t really know to many of those types with other gender except some infps males which I don’t mind much. And infj males and entj females are super rare
