Interesting, I don't really know enough about it to talk about the specific theory, but it's an interesting thing to think about.

Not talking about Modal reality specifically, it would seem strange to me if our specific universe was the only universe, so I can accept that there may be parallel and alternate universes, in the former physics is the same but events transpire differently, in the latter physics is different.

I doubt there's any interaction between alternate universes, or if there is our universe must be somewhat isolated from it, otherwise reality would be an irreducible mess, and if parallel universes are interacting, well considering the smallest amount of measurable time and the number of subatomic interactions per that period of time, the likelihood of interactions between parallel universes being of any real significance seems remote, I mean even if we could influence a parallel universe, how would we know we did anything?

This could all be used to justify the seemingly impossible, but any such justification for god is equal justification for cthulhu.

Can a possible world contain only universals, no particulars?

Can a possible world contain only numbers?

Can a possible world contain nothing but fiction?

It is for someone with Synesthesia. :P
Interesting, actually. Perhaps colors can be expressed in numerical terms. AnimeKitty introduced me to the transfinite earlier, which imho matches up quite well the the light spectrum...

If there is a multitude of worlds, all of which are causally isolated from each other, that must mean that reality is constantly expanding (since more worlds are generated every instant).

I'm sure someone will eventually come up with an empirical test to determine whether this is true, like how it was eventually proven that the universe is expanding.

no,

This world contains yellow yet yellow is not a number.
That misses the point. I'm not asking if this world is a world consisting of only numbers. I'm asking, using the modal understanding described in the opening post, whether there is a possible world wherein there are only numbers.

we don't know squat about what worlds are possible. other worlds are epistemically unavailable by all accounts. it makes no sense to speak of them.

Anything which effects our universe in any way is, by definition, a part of our universe. Thus, alternate universe are necessarily utterly, hopelessly separate places. Of course, that doesn't mean a pseudo-universe which only sporadically and in minor ways interacts with our pseudo-universe (together they make our universe) is an impossibility or undeliverable. Frankly, I don't know how to begin looking for such a thing, though.
