Hey guys,

I've been lurking on this forum for about two weeks, and I'm really glad that registration's back up. Uh, a bit of background info I guess? Currently I'm an undergraduate student in university (heading off to third year soon, I suppose). I've known about the MBTI since Grade 11, but I only really started exploring it in the past few months...I've tested as an INFP before, so you might've seen me on INFPgc (although I attribute this to having a fairly strong Fi function). I'm looking forward to discussing stuff with you guys soon!

Haha. Hurray for registration :) Cryss Winters brought me to IRC, so I feel like I'm only like, half new here since I've met *Some* people...

Very happy to not have to lurk and can actually participate in discussions here now!

Thanks for the welcome, guys! Cryptonia, right now I'm pursuing a biochemistry degree...but for electives I'm taking a lot of psychology courses, and I'm hoping to get a criminology course in here and there. What about you?

I guess I'll come out too as a former lurker. I actually just discovered that I'm an INTP. Obviously this resulted in a lot of constructive research time on the interwebs, which is how I stumbled upon this place. The discussions here are interesting so I figured I'd join and contribute.

Didn't want to spam up the place with introduction threads, so I thought I'd hijack this one :)

I'm a 22 year old Aussie student, just finished my Bachelor of Arts (Politics Major) and about to head overseas to do a masters in International Business which isn't quite as dry as it sounds given it's mainly an economics/politics subject.

Same as Jaico in that I've had MBTI results (INTP) since year 11, but only recently got into the whole thing. Previously (and still currently too, I guess - though I don't really post there) a member of INTPc, but goddamn do they spam the place up with useless crap in my eyes.

Nothing else really pertinent that I can think of, so I guess I'll leave it at that.

Glad to finally be here,
Zaij.

Greetings one and all... and for feck's sake start your own introit threads so we can personalise our welcoming insults!

*agreed with lor and auburn

I'm into physics, and just recently changed into Computational Physics when I realized how easy and what fun programing is. I started out as a physics/philosophy double major, but dropped it when I realized that many of the philosophy classes were going to require memorizing and spitting back in detail what individual philosophers said, rather than engaging with the ideas... so I dropped that, and decided I'd get a Comp Sci minor instead.

Philosophy is definitely the "backup" subject I've had the most of (although it's funny to call it that, because it's the foundation for the natural sciences, haha), and I'll probably end up in a seminary or something after I graduate and don't know what else to do with myself.
