Does this seem like something INTPs would be prone to?
If you do have this, has it significantly gotten in the way of important things in your life?

I definitely have this; I've been doing this since at least kindergarten. I actually tried to jump out of a window when I was 6 because I was so immersed in a daydream based on Peter Pan.
