A simple geometric shape: circle, triangle, trapezoid... the easiest and most logical choice.

How is that more logical than, say, a grizzly riding a motorcycle?

I probably I used the word logical because I've watched the new Star Trek just before writing this post... I think that might've influenced my thinking :phear: Or not. I mean really, this is the most efficient choice, you can't screw up a triangle or a circle, at least not as badly as *a grizzly riding a motorcycle*. They're also fast to draw and aesthetically pleasing (geometrical shapes, that is, grizzly on a bike can hardly be classified as aesthetically pleasing), especially the circle, it's an immortal classic.

a thin black triangle intersecting a red circle, balanced by a solid black bar, suspended in white space. simple abstract elements are most satisfying.

A really gory zombie...

I dunno. I've been drawing that all week... on my math homework.

Happy Halloween!

I suggest I could put the coordinate here but then
I think what it shows is merely what movie did you just watch recently.

But I haven't ever watched a zombie movie, let alone recently...

But I did just read/ see the movie for the Cirque du Freak books. There's this really creepy thing on the cover of the last book, and I think that's what started it.

You know, now that I think about it, this reply really had nothing productive to add to the conversation.... hmm.... ^^

First thing I thought of was a circle. Anyone with a clever interpretation?

(I actually didn't draw anything, only considered what it is I would draw if asked.)

You're an all rounder? You always get around to things? You often circle the truth? You like to eat pye? You have a big radius? You're mother swung you about her head when you were born to test the principles behind centripetal force? You have a round face shape? You always feel like you're going round in circles? You have a subconscious fear of round abouts? You wish your mother would let you play on more carousels as a kid? You secretly wish your name was Sir Cull?

I drew a heavily outlined tree (branches) with a bird on it, but the bird's plumage is really treebranches and the tree with no real leaves has some bird feathers sticking out from the ends of the twigs. Some feathers fall slowly to the ground and become more rectanglish as they get closer to the ground, eventually sitting like bricks. Somewhat becoming cubist as they fall.

.............................................

Even if we weren't supposed to, I came up with some "analysis" for the first few ones. I got INTP-ish and decided to quit less-than-half-way through, however. I'll probably go back to it later.

Please don't take my responses seriously. ;)

Just a simple quick sketch, dont over think it... just write down the first thing that pops into your head... or even draw it.
When i did this test / quiz mine was a cactus.

You may seem to have an unapproachable personality to the ignorant, or those who don’t know you well, but truly you are the “oasis in the desert”…if your contributions are handled/interpreted correctly, all goes well. However, when this does not occur, someone is likely to get hurt.

I drew a human leg.

You would like to go some place (hence, the leg, for running) but find yourself continuously limited in your ability to get their (hence, only one leg…you can only hop slowly with great risk of toppling). Either that or you have an unusual fascination with legs. Call in Ghost-Freud.

And fail miserably.

You can sometimes be morbid (skull) and self-depreciating (“fail miserably”), but truly love the color pink and pretty flowers.

Scribble that was supposed to be Earth.

You are very broad-minded. The vision of the coherent whole is always more interesting and more apparent to you than its specific parts. The meaning is more than the actual, yet must have grounding in whatever you define as reality to be relevant.

A pencil.

You are very literal-minded, pragmatic. You are an Alexander the Great when it comes to cutting the Gordian Knot (*Greek Legend Reference*). You are also very simple, in the good way. Elegant, short statements are always preferred to flowery prose. In fact, this paragraph is beginning to annoy you. This can be seen in your choice (a pencil), and your lack of description or embellishments to your answer.

a blooming orchid flower

You are interested in that which is fleeting—that which only remain as they are for a very short time, even relative to our existence. This can be seen in your choice of the orchid flower. The orchid is fragile, touch it, and it burses, a blooming orchid is likely to only bloom for a limited time. In drawing the flower mid-bloom, you capture it and make it permanent. Similarly, you are interested in taking the mood of a place (be it an open field, your elementary school, or an impossibly tall mountain) and summing it up in a way that means something perhaps only to you. Your choice of the orchid also suggests a preference for the new and exotic. If you can, try traveling the world—if not in body, then in spirit (read about far-away places even if you cannot get there).

A three-dimensional cube.

Somewhat redundant (a cube is clearly 3-dimentional), yet very inventive (take a 3 dimensional cube, add 3 more dimensions, and what does it look like?) You are a person of questions and hypotheticals, yet to you (and to me as well) they are truly more real than the actual physical world. The world of math—that which is logical, yet whimsical once you get deeper into it, is your dominion, clearly chosen through your choice of a geometric shape as your drawing. “Logic, unrestrained” might very well be your motto.

An Elephant

Always the Elephant in the room, you should stand out, but are sometimes overlooked. You are the one with the obvious/pointed question that blows apart what everyone else was thinking. You also may like peanuts.

I drew the outline of a guitar.
What does the test, test?

The guitar displays an interest in music, but this is not the most important characteristic that can be derived from your drawing. You also drew an outline, but that outline carried significance for you. You often “connect the dots”, pulling together symbolic or otherwise vague information to form a coherent whole, or at least something that can lead to a coherent whole. Either that or you’re lazy and didn’t want to draw the whole thing.

A circle, then I turned it into a smiley face, then I drew a beard on it, then I gave it a hat

You are an inventor/sculptor. You begin with a base…an idea, a moment of inspiration, but your creation will take many twists and turns from there. Though logical additions (circle to face to bearded face to bearded hat-wearing face), your process, more than the drawing itself, reveals your potential as a creator of the complex derived from a simple idea.

I would sketch a floor plan of the house I saw in my dream last night.

The floor plan reveals a focus on the big-picture rather than the minute detail and a focus on that which can be objectively drawn over that which was actually seen. However, the source of your sketch, your dream, is relevant to your attachment to that which you cannot fully understand, although through tools, such as floor plans, you seek to render it understandable.

quick abstract sketch of a mountain landscape...

Quick and abstract are also words that describe you. Never lingering long over one thing, you strive to maintain a detached life, however, with your choice of mountains (as opposed to something mythological—such as a dragon) you are clearly based in “reality”, though not grounded in it. Your mountain landscape also indicates a desire to become isolated from the likely stresses of those around you.

An eye. Or a biological heart-flower. (I think it would be a pretty sort of blossom, no?)

Biological heart-flowers and eyes are both within the realm of biology. Perhaps this is on your mind? A biological heart-flower would be very complex and hopefully accurate…not some cutesy apparition with the cartoon heart, etc…no. Your personality is refreshingly scientific (whether you have an interest in science or not), while also maintain a child-like whimsicality that allows you to conceive delightful, though strange, ideas. The eye is a motif of the seeker of knowledge. It is the main sense through which humans perceive the world and draw conclusions.

A evil looking mouse sitting on a wedge of swiss cheese.

You manage to be influential and effective while keeping a low profile. You look small, but really own the metaphorical cheese…or else you are destined to be. You are amused by things which juxtapose or contrast. A small mouse owning a large piece of cheese, an evil look on something normally (outside of Sunday morning cartoons) portrayed as innocent and harmless.

Two stick people having a picnic under a tree.

You seek serenity, either because your normal mode of living is serene or because you have a deficiency of it at the moment. Your preferred method to seek serenity is through simplicity. Whether or not you achieve what you wish for is another matter.

A circle or an eyes, since I can draw both very quickly and without thinking.

This took like 20 some minutes...Clicky
I like leaving the under sketches, but it doesn't ends up chopped up with paint, so it's easier just to get rid of it. XP
I'm boring, I can't help it.

if your looking for speed, why not just a dot? or can't it be considered drawing? (aside: when drawing, I often mark random-placed dots and connect them together, the surprise is a bit entertaining.)

When I draw without thinking it`s usually 3 three things: leafs, eye, branches. Sometimes I would try to connect them and you get some abstract... thing that I can`t ever explain where it came from.
