It's all about making yourself steer away from the thoughts that make you anxious, and concentrating on your body only. You could try doing that, in a calm place. I also enjoy, when i'm like this, taking long warm baths. They help me to think and to relax as well.

People who give me energy... I am listening to chill music... Those Christians were about to kill me with their advice. I think I am generating energy, but I am not sure. I get energy from activities, but I think I automatically generate energy. If this is true, then I have to keep exerting it or I will die...

They kept saying I should be content with myself, I keep fantasizing about a beautiful Christian girl, but now they give me too much energy... Religiously if I had to place myself anywhere other than non-religion I would fit in with the druids or the likes. So what about pagan religions? This is a very interesting topic for me.

Also I had thought Catholics fall under the Christian religion. Since well it was the beginning. Every other Christian religion rebelled against the former existing part of Christianity to create the current ones. Ex. Luther, Calvin, etc.
