I was too placid about a lot of things earlier in life... too "go with the flow" and trying to be happy with whatever I could find that wouldn't shake up my world. Sometimes that makes sense, sometimes not.
I think if you really feel you want something and you aren't going to ever be content without it and will regret not chasing it at the end of your life, then you need to do it regardless of cost. Because no one will save you, and no one will hand it to you (usually), you either work towards it or you choose to settle for something you find won't make you happy in the long run. And then you spend your life distracted / unable to invest because you are still consumed with that one thing. It's better to be of one mind than constantly torn.
Life is change, to desire life is to desire change and change not a goal but a journey.
Jennywocky where are you going now?
You know, that is a problem when you have something motivating you for a long time. Once it is done and over, what next?
I'm still rebuilding.
Trying to write a book at the moment, but I keep being diverted. I will probably have to get ruthless and cut out some distractions.
