This is why you don't have conversations via email.

In everything, but specifically in matters concerning yourself.

umm what?
is that from Jane Eyre?

Fuck. What the fuck do I say to that?
Well what the fuck did you expect him to say? This is why you keep low expectations. This is why you don't speak.

Maybe this is when you laugh and move on? From a certain point of view what he said was actually funny. I've received plenty of similar answers myself.

Nope. It's perfectly understandable. Some people can't handle intellectual sophistication, and sometimes we expect them to. In this case, now you know better, but the guy may have other qualities.

Frankly, I shut up more often than not. Last time I didn't my "friend" ended up resenting me and backstabbed me later on. But I'm supposed to help you feel better ^_^!

without trying to sound like a dumb-ass, but for lack of a better expression, I feel like a pail of shit. Going through a relationship termination and this one has got me all messed up. I can usually bounce back in a matter of hours. Is this what chicks go through...? The whole I don't want to get out of bed, my life is over, I'm nothing without him wah-wah, poor me crap? All I can think about is how the F I'm going to manage myself, a move, work and 2 kids just before Christmas... this really blows!! And I don't want to talk to people, and I don't want to get drunk, I would rather crawl into my hole and take that hiatus from life that I can never act on. *secretly wishing floor would open up and swallow me whole* *silently begging for bittersweet void to enter and make me numb* *wants world to go away* *wants world to go on while I heal*

I'm so frickin sad!!! This bites!

today... today felt fantastic. I went to bed at 5 last night after talking to someone for about 7 hours, and all day wondering about the things we couldn't even get to. My glazed mood towards the world, that makes me feel more comfortable with a hood on and curled up in a ball when I sit in class, was just... gone.

I do not think I'll ever again underestimate the power of solid, open, and honest conversation if you stumble across the right person. Its ability to fix up bad moods and take away cares is just... mind-blowing.

I finally solved my misunderstanding yesterday. XD I've still got my problems, but they don't seem so bad anymore.

I feel like an idiot. I spent all day on the internet. AGAIN. I have tests this week. I am going to fail Irish. ...Why am I reading webcomics and posting on forums? Gah.

And I wish 9th Elsewhere would load a teeny bit quicker.

Today people in my English class were arguing about the proper pronounciation of "faux." They came to the conclusion "fawks." *headdesk*
AND my one-year-old second cousin (? I don't get how cousins are ordered....) was diagnosed with diabetes. As if that wasn't sucky enough on its own, I am now Baby sitter. Forever. NOO. I do not like children, especially young children with needs.

I am the default babysitter of two young children with autism. Let us join in our misery, severus! (No way is your class dumber than mine. A boy in my class had to ask what a PRONOUN was at one point.)

On a plus note, I aced a math test today. After I spent half an hour running around like a headless chicken looking for a calculator to borrow only to find that I didn't actually need one for the test. *Faceplant-faceplant-faceplant* I love maths. Almost as much as I love writing and art.

I am still hoping I might get out of it somehow. I'm too busy? Ha, we all know you don't do anything.
I also love math. And I don't hate proofs, which seems to make me a freak.

"But I have homework--"

"He's your brother. You're watching him." And my mother wonders why I don;t have a whole load of family values. I want to move far, far away....

Math is easily my best subject. I wind up teaching all the first principles proofs to a friend of mine fairly often, too. Today's test was absolutely brilliant: nothing threw me too badly. Anything that did only tripped me up. :D

Being as I live with a French-Canadian who also speaks Parisian French very well, the proper pronunciation of "faux" would be 'foe' (rhymes with 'doe').

As in a 'faux-pas', yes. I study French for my Leaving Certificate: we have to study a major European language if we want to go to a national university. (Not that I do, but my mom made me study French anyway because she loves France...)

Relaxed, day off school. bar of ritter chocolate to my right. em, Jonathan Ross (my most famous namesake) is on tonight, em, Eddie Izzard and William Shatner. Franz Ferdinand played a decent song last week, but this week it's Lily Allen, Dammit. pissed off slightly because of purchasing an ipod silcone cover for the wrong type of ipod (periodical displays of monumental Idiocy keep me grounded). still relaxed but not neccesarily content for some reason (ever feel that way) something just keep niggling and i dont know what. been listening to symphony x and muse today. em, Anyone seen the 'Saw' films? i havent. Any good?
Anyone into 'Soccer' (as i presume much of this forum is in yank territory)
Charlie Nzogbia ('Insomnia' French Bastard), michael Owen, Joey Barton out injured. just signed Kevin Nolan for 4 million. Newcastle United Struggle on.

must go, cthulu calls, its dawn and dammit the beasts hungry. keep trying to dress him into his uniform but he wont take his Iron Maiden t-shirt off.

See You (DEAD!)

A stupid car rally is in my area and we can't leave the house because the roads are closed.

On the plus side, I can't go to school and I have the modem for three weeks straight.

On the minus side, it's raining. It's been raining all day.

And the Killers' song 'Human' just will not get old. It's been on the radio once a day for the past few months, it seems like. I like it more every day, strangely.

today has been monumentally eventless. tried to polish the turd that is my english coursework. (although this coursework is significant, i joined INTPforum to help waste time that should have been spent doing homework, i like it here)
Lost second episode is on tonight, em, and yesterday saw me picking up a masterpiece in rock/emo/punk music, Say Hello To Sunshine by Finch. check it out.
fairly relaxed, though school tomorrow where i have 2 lessons of art. great you think, but the teacher refuses to let me be original. geography, sat between bimbo A and bimbo B, although attractive their brains wouldnt feed a cannibalist rat for breakfast and maths, in which this cannibalist rat teaches me period 3.
the previous three school days has seen me covered in mud, one friend covered in sprite and one in custard, lord knows who the next victim will be and what shall befall them
