So yeah... I just finished off a tray of all kinds of fancy cheese left in the department dining area and I feel gooooooooooooooooooood. Y'all should try this. I swear I'm high on cheese... or maybe something in the cheese. I'm oddly relaxed, lethargic, and smiling...

Do you have a penicillin allergy? If so you may want to take a Benadryl. This happens to my brother when he eats mushrooms. He is only slightly allergic to them so all that happens is a bit of loopieness and napping.

But yes, cheese plate equals awesomeness! The only thing ever left over in my department is a hummus plate......or crappy school logo cookies.

There's something else in cheese that the cow releases into the milk - it's basically for drugging the baby cow to make it docile and happy (and eating).

Of course cheese is the deadliest food you can eat. Ignoring for the moment the extremely excessive fat and protein (milk is a concentrated food source to turn a baby into a bull - and this is concentrated milk), casein has been demonstrated to induce cancer in adult mammals to many significant figures. In particular, interesting given that it is a reproductive fluid, is that it seems to have a particular affinity for reproductive cancers.

I hope the high is worth it.

No penicillin allergy, just cheesy goodness and uh.... I kinda liked it

We normally get pizza and beer (<-- with a little financial wizardry) twice a week, but this was some funky stuff left over from a meeting with the dean and random administrators. Although I would totally make hummus disappear in any shape or form.

I'm going through a bit of a cheese phase. Interesting research!

I pretty much snatched the tray and hid in my office for a few hours.

All of the stuff was pretty funky. I recognized baby swiss and feta along with bacon/prosciutto infused bleu cheese (gorgonzola?). Then there were a few that smelled like old shoes but tasted awesome, and something that tasted like smoked salmon, not just smoky, but actually the fish aspect as well.

If you can direct me to the identities of any of the latter group, I will be forever indebted.

Cheeeeeese....

Just bought some more gorgonzola last night, for my pear, candied pecan, gorgonzola balsimic salad. Yum. I tried feta and/or blue with it, but it's the gorgonzola that gives it the right flavor blend.

Haven't tried either one of those, though I can't rule them out in the future. I personally consider heroin to be a deathbed last resort nothing to lose sort of thing. In the meantime, well.... I have cheese.

I usually get as sharp a cheddar as I can find in the store... the mild cheap stuff can taste kind of plasticky. But I like sharp tangy cheeses, although I also do like a good mozzarella, or a good provolone with beef/steak.

Now my dick will surely be covered in cancerous abscesses by the time I wake up tomorrow, the day after that it will most definitely have fallen off. Can you throw it away with the rest of the trash?

Great for salads and such, and cheap if one have access to cow milk. Easy to make, and can eat it right away. Somewhat similar to mozzarella, perhaps with a bit more character.
