triggers memories of that bully in elementary school, the first bully in my life (there have been only four), named alexander. who also reminded me of harvey keitel. he was a ginger, btw. how can anyone be so fucking aggressive and gaming obsessed? ruthless subjective thinking as egocentric power drive, extroverted feeling as nice camouflage. his contrast to my personality has contributed to my understanding of myself as more of an extroverted thinking type (aux), naively lacking any particular agenda, naively assuming that a concern with what is true in general would have any weight in the world, and as an introverted feeling type (tert), naively detached from the tribes feelings for me, easily marked and banned by mere suggestion. a fellow iNtrovert betraying me like that. no point in trusting in humanity, ever again.

Hi nanook. I've seen you post many times. This may be the first time or second time I've directly commented.

Bullies always have some kind of problem preceding them. On growing up I bullied my sister. We are good friends today, but she didn't like it back then. I was jealous because she got attention I thought taken away from me. I was angry at her for being. That disappeared when I discovered she wasn't really taking anything from me. I had to go get it myself.

I think the thing is to recognize when someone is a non-bully. Figure it out. If they show you can trust them, then go ahead. Trust them ... until you find they are limited human beings just as you are.

I feel sooo offended in this thread. Some kind of people always assume me to be a bully. I explain them I'm not, but they are to irrational to see my perspective. >.>

Hawkeye isn't a bully. To consider that, is your own mistake. Rational people never be bullied, simply because they don't consider themselves being bullied.

Hmm, I wonder if he bullied because he was ginger? Perhaps he felt like he had something to prove in this wacky society where ginger people are mocked for having ginger hair, freckles and of course no souls. Or he could have just been a dick. ^^

That said, my beard is ginger/copper coloured and my hair is dark brown but I've never had people mock me for it.

actually, gingers were not bullied in germany, in the 80ies. not unless they were weird and he wasn't. youtube wasn't around to make ginger into a meme associated with ridiculous anger.

Lyra's reality was finally altered by how other's perceived his reality. He had to defend himself from God knows what. Whatever that "what" was, it had the appearance of being all around him. He could not break thru; we failed to break thru to him. A little kindness would have helped.
