I'm going down to Sante Fe, New Mexico and seein' some fire works! (Yay the SW!)

I'm working. I'll probably post War Pigs on facebook and see if I can piss anyone off. I guess while I'm driving around, dropping off pizzas, I'll get a chance to see fireworks. Not that I'm really all that excited about fireworks. Perhaps I've been ruined by all the stimulus of this day and age.

Meh, over stimulated huh? Ideally i'd like to not own a tv at all seeing as u can find the news online now adays, and anything online, and also be on the computer less, I go running a lot to try to calm my over-stimulated nerves and get rid of the day-to-day trash, it helps, and the sereneness when ur running and the after runners high

The fourth of July. You could put it on the calendar for the same reason Canadian Boxing day is on calendars you find in the states. Because it's big for a lot of people who look at the calendar.

 

[Inappropriate Behavior]

I will be working, but that work will be preparing and partaking in a crab picking feast with paying guests. Many of which (crabs I mean) will have been caught off the pier in my back yard. We will be covered with a somewhat mild smelling insect repellant. We will be sitting around 3 picnic tables pushed together, covered with old newspaper picking crabs and eating the meat with cocktail sauce or melted butter. We will be grilling some of the oysters that we raise here. There will be grilled veggies and chicken as well. There will be wine and beer. A neighbor on the other side of the water usually does some fireworks right after sunset. Nothing professional or anything, just a dozen or so of those things that shoot up into the air and burst into pretty colors. It'll be alright.

The weather forcasts at this point are calling for thunderstorms. Same as every day around here this time of year.

Its more celibate our first date.

Our first day was on the Forth of July and I asked to kiss her right before the fireworks stated. Just so that I could tell her later that after our first kiss there were fireworks.

I live in Australia, so nothing special - the date means nothing to me.

I'll just ride to work on a kangaroo, watch the drop-bears while I eat my lunch on the patio, feed the friendly dingos on the walking trail in the evening, eat barbecue for dinner and shake my sheets and blankets vigorously to check for poisonous (or not so poisonous) spiders before going to sleep.

Hung out at home and made vegetable kabobs and some other special dishes. One of the best 4ths/birthdays ever.
