Uh, C.C. from Code Geass and Juliet from Lost. Maybe.
Meh, Juliette's far more the self-controlled INFJ.
Daria sounds possible.
The lack of presence out there is frustrating, I think that INTP characters in general do not "play well" especially as protagonists. They tend to be passive, unfortunately, and internalized -- all the action happens inside. Thus they tend not to appear at all except as part of a broader ensemble.
I even have trouble thinking of male INTPs aside from the 'geek stereotype.' There is potentially Ricky from American Beauty (who seems pretty IxTP, he is indifferent to authority but not mean; his whole gist is to observe and understand, even macabre subjects like death, he depersonalizes things with his camera to study them but respects Jane's space when she asks him to stop; he expresses feelings and commitments without much nuance; at movie's end, his flexy demeanor shifts to immediate Ti go-for-the-jugular; he seems adrift but accepting of his lack of roots).
Or maybe Todd Anderson in Dead Poet's Society (INxP)... he definitely is more of the "sweeter" variation that is gentle with people and has trouble finding value in himself, rather than the colder type. Similar to Juno's bf in "Juno" ... although they could bot be INFP.
