I was in a way bad way for a very long time...The weights saved a brother...My brain chemicals musta been so outta whack from all the drugs and inactivity that all I could conjure was negativity and suicidal ideation...A weekly exercise regime that leaves you fatigued and your muscles sore is certain to c
hange your brain chemistry over the long haul...Add to that at least a single, twenty minute 'Meditation' session per day, and you are on track to reconfiguring your brain chemisty...permanently.
I do side with and thorougly empathize with those members who suffer with social anxiety...This one thing by itself has been such a huge impediment to my overall happiness and success in life...That, and a varying level of OCD.
I do think that a single Benzo added to the diet can be the difference between one who participates in life and is comfortable/content with the social context of a neighborhood Gym, or the uneasy cat who has to 'make due' exercising in his Mom's garage with some busted up free-weights passed down from Uncle Buck. Drugs are sometimes good, M'kay.
