I sorta alternate.
Half the time I'm totally loose about it and the other half I'm insanely tight. Things pile up and pile up and then I delete it all (metaphorically, literally, pertaining to everything from mail, to trinkets, documents, computer files, facebook posts,... then one day... big purge, all is deleted again.) Either way, I'm quite private and will perceive some kind of violation if I believe somebody has prowled through my phone or computer files or whatever, even if I have no sensitive information at that time.
I always get a kick out of something though - I've read through Android forums on different topics from time to time, just to achieve a purpose and move on, but the point is, that on one thread where a user was looking to clear stored phone numbers on his phone that he only ever texted once, he was informed that this was not possible and then had to suffer an inquisition into the nature of his crimes that would lead him down such a path of wanting to delete things off his cell phone. The same thing happened to the guy who was looking for a good app to clear all of his history.
