The first one was actually borderline imaginative and and amusing. After that...crudely drawn rape and murder can be funny, but you have to actually have jokes. Otherwise you're just drawing people getting raped and murdered.

It's good that the wood chipper has "wood chipper" emblazoned on the side. Like a car labeled car, there's no question.

The overarching themes did seem to be misogyny, rape, sexualized violence, and hurting vulnerable individuals like women and children. It's never a fair fight: there's always a gun, lawnmower, hammer or other surprise weapon.
I would imagine this person feels small and impotent, indeed, and so he overcompensates in a sanguinary fantasy world. There also appeared to be a tendency to assert control via ejaculating on someone, subsequent to stylized rape or violence.
I wouldn't rule out an unhealthy enneagram five, antisocial personality disorder, porn addiction, or abuse. Maybe this person was bullied. Strips two and twenty four seem suggestive of domestic violence: impotent revenge fantasy.
Some of the assailants were actually malevolent giants, which is perhaps the opposite of how the cartoonist feels inside. Also, most or all of the murderers were white male.
