I hate going to college. Not only is it difficult for me to grasp all of the material (especially involving rote memorization and math), but in class I have to deal with everybody watching me. I can read people quit easily. A lot of the people there think I'm gay, creepy or just plain garbage. I can't stand the atmosphere there, it's like highschool all over again, except worse, because in college people only THINK bad things about you, they don't even say it to you. Also, noone else in my college has this problem. I hate cool kids and preps and hope they all die. They have it easy and are like "well you should get good grades!" FUCK THEM!
I hope they all die.

I can tell you right now that if you actually think everyone's watching and judging you, that your perception that you can read people easily is wrong. My source is experience with professionals who helped me with social anxiety disorder.

But cmon, you're saying I see things which aren't there, which, as we know, is quite out of the question.

When I went to college people seemed more interested in learning than being "cool" or making fun of others.

I think you are extremely paranoid.

No, it isn't. Take your ego down a few notches.

teehee, fantastic philosophical point.
(The flaw in that logic is that your "seeing" mechanism could be broken.)

I enjoy helping other people with difficult issues, but what makes me frustrated is when I give them advice and then they don't listen to it, or always find a way to make my advice meaningless. It's almost like they want to suffer. It's my pet peeve.

INIF, didn't you bring this up before? I'm willing to put aside my pet peeve, but I hope that you can be open-minded to our suggestions.

Another question: Do you want to suffer?

I should think you have it easy if you don't want to get good grades. Failing is usually easier.

OMG YES!!! And then later when you've become thoroughly tired of wasting your time, they turn around and accuse you of being uncaring and acidic!

All respectable colleges have free counseling services. I took advantage of them when I was a student. I found that to be extremely valuable.
