Where is poll?
Huh? What yo mean? Or is this some cryptic hint? Or are you just bored and looking to see what people will say? Or have you taken drugs (no, you wouldn't do that, you don't seem like that sort of person)? Or did you try to post a poll and something went wrong, and then edited your post to reflect this?
Lol, Ne idea spam.
BAP, I think this paranoia about your worth to the forum is like a scab: the more you pick at it the worse it gets. Continually posting about it in multiple threads draws more attention to it, and makes it seem a bigger problem than it is. If you didn't post about it, then like a scab it would probably cease to exist of its own accord.
I'd advise just chilling on this, I think this type of worry will go on its own if you let it.
Thank you Puffy. I wasn't too hot on making the pollBAP, I think this paranoia about your worth to the forum is like a scab: the more you pick at it the worse it gets. There are n professors, each of which knows a distinct piece of information. When two professors call each other, they each share with the other all the information they already know. What is the minimum number of calls needed for all professors to learn all pieces of information?
Less than for s professors, because they would have to go through everything in detail whereas n professors would quickly begin to communicate and trade information in the most efficient pattern, and they would learn new things while doing it so that some pieces of information would appear to them without the need for a call.
Two profs require 1 call? Then n requires n(n-1)/2.There are n professors, each of which knows a distinct piece of information. I am not sure if your post is a purposeful derivative of ambiguity, but was n not meant as a mathematical unknown rather than a reference to typology?
Apologies if the ambiguity was considered.
What? My copy isn't italicised, but I just noticed, "I have no opinion is" on my copy. I didn't do that. Something is screwy. Must be a bug. Either that or these polls are for the Se skilled.Bap, why did you italicise the following in your poll: "BAP is a welcome contributor to this forum."?
Oh. Nice. Wouldn't it be better though if a gong went off???When you have voted, that alternative apparently becomes italicized
Completely agree with Jenny on over-detail and fixation, but that's about it in terms of negative stuff. Everyone's got something to work on and being a contributor isn't about being perfect. Thus: no opinion.
Video? I've never tried out my camera on that. No excuse. 7000? When I got to 6999 I decided to add one. Now I can't go back. How'd you manage an over 7,000 post count?

Uhm.... no. Unless you're actively trying to incite Lyra's return with that comment, which I'd approve of...Plus he broke Lyra which was fantastic. ^^
Depends on who it is. They are entitled to their opinions. To doubt the truth of what they say might cause them to doubt themselves.I've seen you ignore posts that directly question your actions.
See my blog today quoting Robert Burns. BAPs INTP Forum BlogThat is why I see very low potential to help you in this way. If the purpose of this poll is to boost your ego and security then there is a chance that you might give up on dividing on categories and obsessing about approval. I welcome you as most if not any potential contributors.
Sounds good.If your primary action here is to post, or read. Then you can measure the quality and purpose of what you are posting and how interesting that might be. Others too can select things from your posts and not necessarily agree or support your every action, that's not the goal imo.
As a mod you should know you have to click on the numbers.Welp, I'm the first moderator here.
but the odd thing is I could see who responded with what before posting and now I can't. Not sure if this was a bug or intended.

There are X participants, each wanting to have sex. They will be satisfied only if it is a threesome. What is the minimum number of orgies* needed for all participants to partake with everyone?
*Please do not try this at home.
I'm not afraid to receive criticism meself
Isn't it n(n-1)/2?...Incorrect BAP. Think about why it's at most 2n-2 (there is a better bound): Professor A calls all the others (n-1 calls) learning everything, and then does so again (another n-1 calls) telling everyone else everything.
For 10 professors, first makes 9 calls, last makes 0There are n professors, each of which knows a distinct piece of information. Let 'er rip. Your choice of medium.dumbest thing all year
you're so afraid you pretend it don't exist
sorry
You mean with peanut butter and jelly?Methinks BAP has a role here.
Speaking of numbers, that's bad luck. How do I request the powers that be to go directly from 7776 to 7778?Methinks also that I can criticize because I'm not afraid to receive criticism meself, and honestly sort of expect it to occur should it exist, and quite blatantly at that. I've been posting like a chipmunk on crack for what, 2 months now? My average posts per day since joining have gone from 3.23 to currently 5.13.

I see that you are the very 1st one. How can I get permission to harass you?Welp, I'm the first moderator here.![]()

Why? Is the disappearance of any member that was not justly banned something to either celebrate as seen in some posts or to ignore? Or to jokingly remand, whatever the method that provides similar effects. The first rule of Fight Club is we do not talk about Fight Club.
