Not so much procrastination being beneficial, so much as, what I think he was trying to say is, being able to get a good quality product out of the short amount of time left.

Simply because of the fact that a lot of people are so extremely ignorant to think " Hey lets have whole nations slaughter each other and maybe we'll achieve a higher state of progress that we are currently in.:cool:
