Something memorable from your/others' wedding

My closest friend is getting married this weekend. I really dont know what to do.. It just feels kinda awkward, as in i dont really know what to expect. I have no idea how to make it fun, how to enjoy it, etc


Tell me something memorable which happened in a wedding, which i could try doing (something not stupid or extraordinarily expensive).
I really dont know what to do, what to feel, i just feel like an awkward idiot and im also kinda pissed off cos hes getting married which means the end of good times for us xd.

Is this a traditional Indian wedding? I'm not sure what you guys do there so I got no opinions about that.

If this is a western style wedding then just stay in the background and quietly eat or just wait there for the pictorials. The limelight is focused on the couple so no issues on being actually noticed. However, you might get a role since you are a close friend (best man etc.). If so then you should coordinate with the wedding coordinator on what to do or else things will get super-awkward.

Are you the best man?

If so, I may have some tips. If not, anything goes - seriously. You'll almost certainly find that very shortly after the meal / speeches, everyone will be drunk out of their minds and having a great old time of it.
