Hello, I'm Justin. I have been to INTPc before but I never liked that site. This one seems to make more sense. I made a New years resolution to make more time for an INTP site. So that brings me here today.

Thanks
Justin

My condolences... :p

So what else should we know about you?

And why do you want to be part of an INTP site?

Not much. I'm sure i'm just another INTP person "finding himself." ;)

I Just want to discuss a few more things here than I do other places where people are generally more bland. You know what I mean. I find things interesting and I need an outlet.

You misspelled triazolam, xanax, dopamine, flamazine, and cytotec.

And you forgot ethylphenidate and acetone peroxide. :p

(I don't get boric oxide...?)

So I did. And how could I forget them?!

The boric oxide was thrown in to reference perception change. It's connection to glass > window > looking.

@OP: As you can see, there are diverse interests here. You've got to fit in somewhere. :D

Ah, okay. I thought it was a reference as something used to cut coke or something, but it didn't make sense because you'd have just listed coke... :phear:

Political correctness urges me to disagree with you, yet there is a real (though miniscule and ever decreasing) possibility that the noob persists and becomes established. Reminds me of the establishment burnout rate in exotic invasions...

No seriously, I am just a regular guy. Just meat and bones. I know I'm suppose to come out with a bunch of INTP rhetoric (and I am capable of that) but I am seriously just here to hang out and enjoy the show. I hope that I can make contributions at some point but I really don't want to force anything.

I hope you guys understand. And what's with the bazaaro smiley's riding elephants and preying at graves???? LMAO!! Is that suppose to be worldly"

Just to be clear. I am not a noob. ;)

I've been at this a long time.

There's not a bad connotation to being a noob. It's not like we're playing Halo or something. :p

Why ever decreasing?

Do you mean the likelyhood of a noob becoming part of this community is ever decreasing?

Nah, it's just rooted in OP's stated reasons for being here. It was a New Year's resolution and his goal is/was basically just to hang out (which is perfectly fine, for the record lol). But usually the people who wind up staying have questions or things on their mind that they want to discuss, or something that leads them to develop a more intimate relationship with the forum. Attachment takes time, which ticks away.

If it were up to me, no one would leave... :twisteddevil:

I love my job. I develop and market Drag racing parts for Top Fuel Dragsters. I went through a bunch of different jobs in my life and one day realized that I won't survive unless I'm doing what my passion is. My Passion is racing so I chased it and found the job 3 minutes from my house.

How about you? do you like your job?

So, did you discover this by racing to work? :D

No.

Why would you settle? How do you cope with that? I learned to take control of my days and put myself into a better position. I have a phobia of time (and the lack of it) and decided I won't be wasting days doing some meaningless task 5 days a week.

Yeah you'll get that on most forums. People are just generally happy that they can discuss and share common interests in privacy and solitude.

How's things on the other side of the Atlantic?

It's not meaningless or mindless, just work. Bleh. I sure hate it when time disappears though. Having a job is already a coping strategy.
