I do think skepticism alone cannot rule out supernatural or make sure it does not rule out something in wrong way.

For example there is grey zone ergo ignorance of humans even in science.
We simply just don't know everything.
So there is always possible something might veer of the charts of normal and it be easier to just say its bullshit when it really happened.
I am not saying we should be blind and disagreeable for sake of just dismissing shit.
But if I am going to pull a coin from your ear you better make sure it was not in my hand first.
Also I am skeptical of debunkers too. Many debunkers suck. Just so we are clear I am not going to believe debunking just because someone disagrees there are no flying saucers. I first need good rational for why and what.

So yeah, but I think ultimately we agree there are things outside of the norm. I do believe in those things possible. I would not be surprised if we found out there are ghosts or souls traveling the world etc. Or demigods and little horned man who live in deep forest.
My point really is supernatural is something that really gets a lot of attention by people who like to fabricate it.
For example I think there is perfectly good explanation for why a person might survive an airplane being split mid air and falling miles without a parachute to their death, but actually on impact surviving. Which has happened in real life. But the probability of it happening is so weird that its easier to believe its a miracle. I would call that grey zone phenomena, because there is science that can allow for it to happen, but its just not happening whole lot, you might as well tell her an angel saved her.

My personal experience with this is that there is an internal schism/conflict one has to deal with around one's own experience and the disbelief of the surrounding society regarding the supernatural.

I believe in the supernatural because a lot of my experience points towards it but my society for the most part does not believe and would categorise me and my experience as either madness, disillusionment, or stupidity if I were to be open about it. So I grew up with a sense of being shamed into silence and being riddled with self-doubts about it. I'm a lot better and have more trust in my perceptions but I'd say I'm still not fully integrated on account of this. I think it takes a lot of courage and integrity to stay true to what you know to be true in that respect.

I think it's important to bare in mind that pretty much all traditional societies have believed in the supernatural and have/had positive ways of relating to it. Modern life is an edge case in history. If you lived with the Huni Kuin in the Amazon for example the presence of spirits would be an undeniable and everyday aspect of life. In the West, it is framed mostly in the negative and so there are challenges for people with said experiences, that are undeniable whatever you make of them, in integrating them in a healthy and positive way and having a voice that will be listened to in their community. The result is that a lot lean towards fringe groups where they feel their experience is validated and listened to.

I personally understand why people have doubts especially given the culture we've grown up in and if you don't regularly have these kinds of experiences to make you question the contemporary paradigm. Energy medicine and internal alchemy is where I would point someone as a starting point as if you treat it seriously and give it the time and commitment it needs I think it's impossible to deny that it works. For me personally, my sensitivity towards the subtleties of what people call "the supernatural" have opened up to me as a direct perception in part as a result of that.

Its been proven in mice and therefore, humans as well, that genes carry automatic responses to certain dangers that our own ancestors experienced. So, when mice are subjected to a certain pleasant smell like cherry blossoms and are then shocked, they develop the shock response to that smell later, and their offspring inherit an automatic response to cherry blossom scent without knowing why. So psyches and dna carry a lot more than we even know about or can know about.

Best response to things we don't understand in us, is to develop a relationship with that part of ourselves and embrace and care / love ourselves and that aspect of us.

Generally supernatural experiences are positive ones that help us understand ourselves better. There is almost always a reason for them and at the core its purpose is often trying to protect us from something, just keep asking questions of it, to get the message its delivering.

If the entity is not positive, ie, it wants to harm you, then keep asking why, and if the answer is because the planet is better off without you, then you know its a negative entity.

Same with everything, develop questions to find out what the message is to you, so you will know if you should create a relationship with it or not. (Ie, I think most internal things usually have your back and are helpful, including your reactions, thoughts, feelings, while external things sometimes are genuinely negative and do NOT have your best interest, but this is why questioning is your net of safety, ask what it wants, what its doing for you, and any other question you have.

Yes, of course there are spiritual entities and have been from beginning of humanity, always. Thats because YOU are a spiritual entity, as were your family members that are now passed. Even Jesus, Buddha, Quan Yin, Siddartha, Green Tara, Ganesha, etc are entities, they are all meant to help you get in touch with the inner core worlds of your spirit. But your goal isn't to disbelieve the supernatural, its to have a relationship and communicate as long as its there to teach you things, thats what you are here on the planet to learn, and that is good. But if it feels bad or wrong, you will know it.

So, what questions are good ones to screen things out with?
What if you took on an overall feeling of acceptance and love with it? Will it teach you something?
Or, what if it gives you a creepy feeling? Then, follow the hunch and create distance with it.
Your feelings will help you navigate some of it, and also get into the hypnogogic state often and explore inner worlds as much as you can, thats the point of life, develop relationships in there. The dream world you have when you sleep, thats likely what you're returning to after life, and the more you 'go there' and get lucid with it and life, the more advanced your spirit can be in waking and sleeping life.
