know any sites that allow to fill a feed with content from websites?

not just links or a few chars, but whole articles, with images and videos (embedded from source, not copied to another server)

i have tried some of the popular solutions like springpad (too much mouseclicks), evernote (public display isn't a feed but a slow loading special format), clipmarks (seems to be unable to embedd a youtube video from a youtube site or to copy the embedding of a video from within of an article)

i used to uses google reader with it's public feeds (tags) and it's bookmarklet which would copy website contents into a feed (tag). this was just perfect. unfortunately they have done away with this awesome feature.

this is one of my google reader collections

i can still add content from other feeds to it (feeds that i am subscribed to), but not content from websites. i can't toogle it's visibility for the public. and i fear they might delete it soon.

springpad would be my favorite replacement right now, albeit it requires too much mouseclicks. this is how a feed generated with it looks like. acceptable.

next thing i would try is using a blogspot blog and rebloggin stuff. seems like overkill though. feels like stealing content, too. albeit you can remove a blog from google search results.
