64 wpm - the word Aesop slowed me down a bit, but it seems about right. I bet anyone would be a little quicker without having to type something specific like that.

65 wpm - I was more careful this time, using capital letters and correct punctuation, even backspacing mistakes. Both of these were 1 minute tests.

I can usually exclude at least 12 types within the first few seconds of meeting someone. Over the course of a few weeks i will then arrive at the correct type.

I did the Aesop`s one and I only did it once. 56wpm (1 error, though that was probably due to my Japanese keyboard having "`" instead of a normal apostrophe and that might get recognized as an error. I used to type faster but I just don`t bother to do it at Olympic speed, and I wanted to see what my actual, leisure typing speed was.

I type like an old man. Sure, I can touch-type, but I prefer to type with 2 fingers at work - nobody asks me to do any typing tasks for them I type especially slowly when I use spreadsheets

72wpm without errors. Relatively happy with that as comfortable speed as I've only been touch-typing for about 5 months.

I probably type about 110-120 wpm when comfortable. The above was my max typing speed while still adjusting for errors. I've got a strong mental link to my fingers so I can usually tell when I've made mistakes by the order my fingers moved (piano) and correct it without looking back at the word. If I'm going too fast though, like the first go, I'll still miss several.
