Add a forum theme?

I'm really fascinated by the applications of this. I think it would be cool to make a forum style where the background (and possibly the text-- we would need to keep the text colors appropriate contrasted) would change with NYC's sky.

If I made a vBulletin forum theme that did this, would you guys upload it?
