I wish I knew. Someone needs to take an expedition into my brain and report back their findings back to me.

Life Goals...

- Achieve mastery in a subject that interests and satisfies so I can actually be useful in solving some of the world's (or at least my community's) problems. For this goal I'm currently pursuing computers/programming again, hopefully the right way this time. And hopefully I'll stick with it long enough to be able to get through the initial boredom/BS.
- Achieve financial independence before age 45. Ideally more like 40.
- Have a kid or 2. Most likely 1.
- Travel to a few interesting places.
- Live in a certain secluded quiet place with lots of nature, wild fruit trees, ocean, etc. I have this location pretty much figured out, just need to acquire the resources.

Continue working on my business to the point where it is profitable.
Finish paying off my home and purchase many more homes to rent out.
Continue converting my income into investments that can generate passive income.
Once I have enough passive income, retire... Hopefully before my 50's. Collect my pension and investment accounts when they are available.
Continue my education.
Buy/build a cabin in the woods and live a simple, self sustaining life. Travel when the urge comes.
Finally be able to enjoy weed again like I did when I was a carefree teen.
Setup a modest recording studio so I can work on my music.

My goals
I just want to finish my study, get a degree and find a job .I'm currently in my senior year taking up nursing though I don't really like my course my parents forced me, but I do find some subjects interesting. After finishing college I'm planning to take some online course regarding programming and self-study after 8 hours of working. I want some job to earn money for myself I don't like depending on other people. I plan to buy gaming consoles, collect some book I want a mini-library in my room. I love reading it's fun to learn it feels like an adventure. Whenever I learn something it feels like a new world has been open up to me. If it's possible I want to travel and taste some variety of food (I'm a glutton) and yeah I'm a bit chubby so I'm planning to loose some weight after graduating. While traveling I want to take some pictures and make a scrap book then write my experiences and things I learned. Buy some telescope and make astronomy as a hobby. I want to have a garden I want to experiment with flowers.

Well, this past year made me realise that my true calling in architecture is landscape design...so I plan on working within that scope after graduation. I'm also working on expanding my knowledge on plants and edaphology, as this would help.

that's all :p I don't have any grand dreams, I just make do with whatever happens and I try to always reserve part of my income for travel and learning new stuff

I want to be an independent real estate developer, and I want to develop on community scales. Efficient, green, self-sustained and natural communities. Design a community of buildings and you design how the people interact.

I want to completely flip a run down little town and make them the jewel of a city - and a model for many other desolate places in the country.

I want to mentor a generation of kids to leap multiple levels of economic classes in one generation - and show the rest of the world that it's possible, just with the right direction.

I want to write books (as in actually write out the ideas that I have into actual novels) and have them converted into movies once they're popular enough - and I want these to have a positive and surprising social impact that can inspire people to see a better way of living life.

I want to own a sailboat and sail to the Caribbean from the United States and be able to live there for months at a time. Also want to take a cruise to Europe from the US.

I want to learn Italian and live there for several years - if not own my own house there.

I want to create and patent several inventions and make countless sums off of them. (Halfway there - someone teach me how to make an app! [jk I need to do this myself])

I want to be rich enough to casually pay off a few people's tuition and clear them of any and all debt to me, and instantly wipe away their struggles so they can truly feel a dream come true. Corny I know, but that is so very easily within the realm of reality. Why doesn't this happen more often?

So basically, I want to improve the world and enjoy it too.

'Round those parts.
To make superbly excellent cheesecake and learn to appreciate a fine breeze better.

Owning a plot of land somewhere would be nice, too.

My dreams and goals are done.

It is a major concern for me right now. What to do next.
I dream about a lot of goals, but my experience makes them shrivel down to become tasks pretty quick.
And the fun is gone.

I would love suggestions ...

Edit:
Just to clarify the need for new goals.
I own a house, have a family, have a career, have a phd, i have written a book, i have competed in the world championship. I have created a company based on my ideas. I have made a product that is internationally used. I have restored a 100 year old sail boat. I have traveled to many countries.

Jman, that commune sounds fun but we should have a captive E or two to keep us entertained if we need it.
