Well, this isn't anything like that, sorry. Cause I'm showing up instead of leaving, and I'm not planning (not right now anyway) to shoot any of you. Gosh, isn't that nice of me? :p

I'm here because my classes were canceled due to snow this morning, and I've got some time before I have to head out into this blizzard ANYWAY to go to work. But I gotta kill some time, and I've wanted to find some websites to frequent where I can actually be a participant instead of sit around trolling.

My name is Brian, but if you want to go by online handles you could call me "Royal" or some such, though that doesn't really mean too much; I just came up with it. If that doesn't sit with you; I could come up with an interesting backstory for it, just gimmie a minute.

Oh, but in the mean time, I'm a sophomore Engineering student, looking to become a consultant in either Enviro or Biomech Engineering when I graduate. In typical ENTP fashion, I rock at physics and have developed a stranglehold on most psysics concepts thrown at me, yet I'm absolute bollocks at pure calculus because I can't be bothered to memorize the integration and derivation rules.

Speaking of MBTI, when I first started testing myself, and the only time I was professionally typed, I showed up as INFP. Afterwards, through about two years of self-testing, I've shifted to INTP, and now most tests place me right smack between INTP and ENTP.

I like photography, movies, road trips and travel, personality theory and philosophy. I love discussions of any sort, and will talk with almost anyone, about whatever they like, for as long as they like. I also like roleplaying games (all sorts) because of the storytelling angle on it. I've a mild interest in Anime. I used to be a lot more into it, these days I'm careful about who I tell.

Hi!

PS. Apologies, but I'm using the same intro on another MBTI site as well, in case any of you notice that this looks familiar :p

Welcome! but you may wish to get a different avatar. That image has been used before by one of the more notorious members of the forum!

You sound like (and look like) a cool guy and modest too. Glad you excel at physics. I've been troubled by this elementary physics experiment and am frustrated by not finding a satisfactory explanation. It may be too advanced if you are at the sophomore stage though. I had two years of physics in college and nothing beyond.

Have you seen this?

You sound really weird and interesting, you'll get along here great. I'm still confused why you used the word bullocks

You're using one of flows older avatars :p we're obviously too similar here.

For the love of science, my name is brian too (and you did use one of my past avatars). Welcome to the forum. David Lynch is neat, this much can be agreed on. :storks:

I'm not telling you, stalker! :P
Ah, physics eh? Currently I'm a freshman and taking chemistry. Next year I'm taking AP Biology, then AP Physics, then Chemistry.

So I guess if I have any questions about physics, I'll ask you.

And welcome.

Oh, and I sometimes score as ENTP too.

Great to meet you all!

Hah, if flow and I have both had the same avatar... I guess we all really are alike! I'm sure we'll get along :)

Pi, I'll take a look at the link as soon as I'm able. Cooking up some stir-fry atm, so it won't happen right away though. And if you or ashitaria have any questions... I'll see what I can do (tho I'll be more likely to be answer his; no offence ;))

And RubberDucky; I love your avatar! Comic sans is awful xP.

Also, the forum's OS detection is a little twisted... I'm running Win7... not 98 :D
