They are into maths correctly, it appears as though the percentages are of the total numbers of voters who chose that option rather than the total number of votes.

For example, there are 12 total voters. 3 people voted the last option so it says 25% next to it.

No, you're a retard for not realising how brilliant of a move it was to allow multi-choice.

You got a lot more data for your effort since now you can tally individual answers for all those options.

Unless you believe in binary and you think there's only one correct answer for each of these after formulating your answers in a way that clearly disproves this possibility.

Lagmorph is a bit of a problem though, he gave a statistically insignificant result, so if he means all those options, your bad poll design didn't include a test question to remove non-serious answers from the rest. Then you would know if Lagmorph really meant all of these or he was fooling around.

Anyway, you fail, but that was kind of the point I suppose.

I thought it a great idea to allow multiple choices as half of them actually apply. I never like being asked to chose just one because things are never that simple in my head. (I'm sure I'm not alone in that. )

It tells me you're a nice person, but you shouldn't keep asking data-processing companies or external resources questions about yourself, you should gain confidence and answers by applying yourself to the world.

You won't get precisely the answers you're looking for from someone other than yourself and if you do get an answer that you like it will only be that, an answer, not a solution to the problem that caused you to seek answers.

Answers without motivation to act on them are meaningless.

Very few people actually look for answers to such personal questions, more likely than not, they wish to become inspired or invigorated by the answer they receive so that they can change their life in a way they couldn't before, as they feel powerless or hopeless.

The INTP-Special-Me seems like stuff a kid new to typology would post. It's cute. When they conflate intelligence (nay, genius) with INTPness, it's honest. I would rather address that than deal with an adult's assurance of superiority. Advanced grad degree INTPs....it's hard to relax because every interaction is basically a submission to be critiqued.

Anyway, I just go where the forum's flow takes me, to a point. No goals, other than to chip away at the Sixteen Types nonsense, but I need professional analysis

i come for the subjects you people raise. when i look at the "new posts" view, i often find a thread that evokes a creative response in me. i hope to develop my thoughts as a result, as this may give me the feeling my day wasn't wasted.

to call it intellectual toilet would not give it enough credit for the inspiration it provides. other message boards will either bore me to death or overwhelm me with subjects that really piss me off.

i can't say i connect well with people here and like mindedness is limited. i have often felt like i am adding something you simply miss, rather than like i have a view you are directly opposed to. the fact that many of you are younger helps me to feel like i am not wasting time. it provides a sense of purpose if i have something to share that is found useful.

at least there are no overt conflicts - i guess i like how you ignore me when you disagree - and when i think you went astray, its often not due to one of those irrational thoughtcrimes that can makes me really angry or frustrated. not sure what those are. extroverted traits. traditionalism. unthinkingness or dishonest thinking camouflaging true intentions.

i dont feel intp are a critical type. this is how i perceive intj - as a collective meme anyways. i guess in socionics NiTe is called the critique for a reason. i would never post on intjforum.

but people here are not even intp. intp are a minority next to various other minorities. some of which change what intp stands for, because of mistyping.

mbti boards always have a theme that modifies how all types will behave, which is really cool.

infp boards are for shy awkward socializing, being super kind and supportive, sharing the feeling bits of you that are odd and rejected elsewhere, like your shemale fetish, your poems, your anxieties.

intp boards are about sharing crazy unfinished possibly provocative thoughts that should not be criticized but completed in creative manner.

two intentions that are of interest to me, but i cant handle the emotion and social quality of infp places for long and always crave the subjective type of intellectual stimulation.

I use some other Typology related forums but I've stopped posting on them for the most part, there just wasn't enough interesting material there. Here there is a lot of interesting stuff, and that includes the Typology related stuff, since that subject is my obsession. The place is pretty schiz.

I came here after I found out about this whole MBTI thing, excited to finally discover there may have been other humans in the world on my wavelength. I was starting to doubt it. And this isn't like any other forum I've been to - everywhere else is full of normal people. Ever since normal people started using computers, the internet became really weird. It used to be a place weird people went to be normal, now the internet is a place were normal people go to be weird. Whereas, this place is a pretty close knit old school group of people being normal by my standards. I feel comfortable here.
