Very nice ESC.

I've been studying Return to Forever the last week or so --very precision oriented band, they are-- and add this.

I will say in advance that my socks were nearly knocked off while listening to this song the first time Sunday night while driving; I totally had boots on and couldn't imagine how that would be possible before this track played. Second one from the album "Romantic Warrior".

Please have quality speakers, or you'll rob yourself of quite the rhythmic head-nodding experience.

I first heard this song a while ago, but it has suddenly struck me just how wonderfully optimistic it is, it's really cheered me up. And I'm not being sarcastic even if the song is.

An accessible lyric in the song that ties into the Buddhist symbology of the lotus flower is "the darkness is beneath" where the lotus flower, which grows in mud, flourishes despite its surroundings; in this the mud is the world and its temptations and expectations and the lotus flower is an evolved person. And considering the origins of the album title, the Koran where you find "the site of al-Khushoo is in the heart and heart is the king of the limbs, so if one intends to pray wholeheartedly the limbs will follow the heart" it seems obvious where you should start transcending. Well that and the closing lyrics of the song are "listen to your heart". There are other references interspersed throughout.

I kept getting songs from Pirates of Penzance stuck in my head this morning so in order to annihilate whatever part of my mind that originated from I have poisoned my brain with a couple of tunes, mainly Rabbit Song by Boy & Bear (watch if you generally like Indie music).
