What are your plans for the future or for the moment? Anything you would like to do, imposed or recommended to do? Why do you want to do that profession, what made you choose it? If you are doing it, how do you like it?
For now, I'm sure at 100% that I want to be a neurologist or a pharmacologist. I have a lot of interest and curiosity toward everything that is scientifically related. What makes me prefere these two options is that I love to do researches as I spend twice times more on projects than others. Being neurologist with a philosophical view, in my opinion, will help me find some answers to my longed questions, like 'where does our thinking come from'. I hope I can contribute to science and try finding the secrets of the brain, that remains mysterious.
On the other part, being pharmacologist will bring me to learn about the human body, the chemical substances, the secrets of natural medicine, and a lot more, as well as the effects of this substances on the human body. This is very much linked to the neurologist career, since it has the cause/consequence/effect with the brain and different materials that affect it.
I was imposed by my family to become doctor, because that's what my family is about: money, status. Coming for a poor region in Vietnam, my family thinks conservatively...They fear the misery they lived through. I can understand them for that, but I cannot accept them imposing on me what to become. And the more they recommend and try to make me tend for that, the less I want to follow. Anyhow, I have, in the end, suceeded to make them less talking to me about my career in life, since at that time, I was still searching for who I am.
I was never recommend to go into anything in particular, only something that is related to Health Science (e.g. pharmacist). But by experience, I know for sure that I'm not the type to talk to people and to interact with them often, though I like meeting new people (probably like all of you/us INTP ^^'').
