Generally that smilie denotes "horror". At least, when I use it I am indicating either horror/disgust or that feeling you have that goes so far beyond facepalm that your face freezes up, your eyes go wide, and your chin drops to the floor.

Huh, to me that face meant more like, 'my brain can't absorb the the sheer amount of awesome just witnessed and I am now drooling on my shirt'.

i am moved, when i feel like i have something rather unique to contribute to a situation. never happens. okay i am lying. it's just that the universe is never ready for my contributions, but it's always ready to punish me. or else i am just insane.

what has moved me the most, in recent times, had to do with how people are interpreting introversion/autism, and also with pod'lair or typology in general. less frequently there has been something about the interpretation of the situation of the integral scene or rather the integral population, the so called 10% tipping point.

also situations amongst my circle of online friends, like whenever someone falls for an illusion, like a sect, or suicidal romanticism

i'm kind of a conviction guy in disguise. yes, a nice emotional music video could move me too, but that sort of movement tends to go no where with me ... it's kind of unlikely that i get up and hug everyone i can find

i have been experimenting with alloLOL lately. kind of moving ...

Actually I thought about it a bit, and I have (somewhat) come across part of the reason why (I think).

Basically just that it doesn't come across as pretentious in any way, they've simply been pushed to the point of utter desperation, where live or die they're going to test their limits to achieve their goal.

I tend to feel like there's a lot of disingenuous crap around, especially in music/poetry/media. I normally roll my eyes or snort with contempt at the attempts they make at being, 'meaningful'.

I'm a bit confused (and amused ['confused and amused' oh poetry] by the pun that is to follow) What do you mean by 'meaningful'? Willpower overcoming the impossible is an everpresent theme in Japanese narrative media, of which Dragonball is a part, but you might be referring to something more along the lines of faux-philosophy foisted as truth.
