Drink fluids, yes. Don't take a multivitamin, it feeds that bacteria. Do make a chicken broth with onions, garlic, cilantro, ginger, noodles, carrots and greens. Sleep as much as you need to. Get canned chicken soup if you are too ill to cook. Do take a nice shower at least once a day if you can.
