What hasn't been written (fiction/non-fiction) that you would like to read?
Or
What has been written, but would have liked for it to have gone down another path? And in what way(s)?

I think it would be interesting to read the journal of a Samurai.

I'm intrinsically luminous, mortals. I'm 4ever
Miyamoto musashi, the book of five rings. The philosophy of a samurai written in hermitude after a life time of killing in feudal japan. Read bushido by inazo nitobi for a cultural primer. There probably are many actual journals of sanurai, they were fond of writing, poetry cultivated their wisdom

The true story. The facts behind every influential event, not the current debated and compromised studies.

The full record from life of the average human, beginning from paleolithic times to neolithic.

An exhaustive compedium for every lost culture or idea (Including banned members, prematurely dead, unfinished thoughts and sentences, undertakings, events, concepts, etc.).

The history of the world, not in terms of human culture, but in terms of natural events and scientific discoveries

Bartoli:

1. Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything; and
2. Daniel Boorstin's The Discoveries (A History of Man's Search To Know His World and Himself).

As for me, I would like to rewrite American Horror Story's Coven to add depth and cohesion to it. Man, it was so bad. I can't understand how something with all the right elements for horror could end up so blah. But this is just today as I just finished it. Most days I just want to know how the universe really works like if the multi verse theory is really worth bothering about and to have a scientific explanation for everything now being attributed to the supernatural.

The diary of a sentient robot / alien.

I find the mind fascinating, and humans hardly even understand other people. Imagine what it would be like to see into the inner thoughts of a being vastly distant from a human, as well as the experiences such a being would encounter.

It would have to be decoded and translated first of course which could be intriguing in itself.

A book on alchemy and witchcraft that happens to also be real. And a book that fully explains the quantum world and how that relates with the cosmos. This would make me very happy. :)

My life story (from start to end). So I can change the bad decisions and optimize the rest of my life.

Mind control/ detective: The personality of the controller is always expressed in the actions of the individual being controlled.

Biological Augmentations: Exploring the foundations of human cognition and compatibility issues related to the individual genetic variation and augmentation of human intelligence.

Energy and Materials: The potential to express and control massive amounts of energy to organize the environment around you. I am referring her to technology, not super powers.

Data Manipulation/Storage: The potential to store and process information within biological systems. Eg, express the life of some individual on the back of a tortious. Does free will still exist in this obviously deterministic environment?

Yeah, the list goes one. But there are a few that I want to see. Or I will express in a book I hope to finish one day.

Star Wars: A mythic history of the force and the origins of the Jedi and Sith's division. How would such a thing be discovered? By accident, or Yoda's great great great something meditating under a tree like a cross between the Buddha and Isaac Newton?

Also, I wish there were more stories written from inhuman/alien or abnormal psyches/ perspectives. Something unrecognizable. Something it would be easy to doubt that a Homo Sapien created.

Vogon Poetry as Self Defense.
