What do ISTPs think of INTPs?

I realize it's different for everyone but I just mean in general. Do you know of any ISTP + INTP relationships? What do you think they think of us?

One of my closest friends fits the ISTP category quite well. I'm pretty sure they think INTPs spend too much time thinking and philosophizing. They don't really see the point. On the other hand, I think they kinda respect it and tend to go to the INTP when they face problems which require a deeper analysis of things. I don't necessary mean the meaning of life and stuff like that – it can be technical stuff too.

Yup, this is fairly accurate, especially the last half.

INTPs are generally smart and they look smarter than they actually are because they tend to be a bit long winded. That said, If I want a thorough answer, INTPs are the first place I go. I also rely on INTPs to understand what they are talking about really well because they don't BS info they don't have.
