I have a bunch of questions needing opinions!

Can religious upbringing affect personality type?

How about nationality? Is there any correlation?

How about culture? Such as being raised in a drug using environment?

Does Facebook know my personality type based on my likes?

Would you have a happier life if everyone you did business with made it clear what their type was in advance?

Also, I want to know everyone's personality type before I get to know them. Does everyone want this information? Do some people have a reason to hide this?

Most people are not concerned with type as the world was built for them so there is no need.

Frankly, I don't trust a lot of people to type themselves. I know that sounds condescending, but it's the truth.

And I don't really care to have everyone's type out in the open. Typology is inherently stereotypical, and it's easy to take it too far.
Besides, figuring it out for yourself is half the fun.

Not their personality type, but surely their preference for functions they have as that is often a matter of your surrounding

Yes, but only slightly.

No, but once again: Their preference for their functions. (I.e. if they have Ti or Ne those functions will probably be more used and therefor stronger)

Solely on likes? Could be, but your personality type doesn't define what you like.

No, but why would they? Perhaps not at first, but with a little practice typing people is very easy. (I tend to type people after just meeting or observing that person)

Why would people want to share this information? Sure there are tons of people who don't.

People most often type themselves wrong or just don't care about typology at all. -> A while ago I asked people to type themselves and that didn't work out at ALL, around 80 percent typed themselves wrong and they took longer the time than I would need to type them more accurately.

It is far more likely that you were the one that was wrong on their type.

It takes a whole new level of arrogance to think that you understand someone elses thought process better than they do.
