Try a good German meal with fatty sausage, saurkraut and a melted Brie on bread. These have K2 in them which helps clean arteries.

Existing thyroid level tests are not effective because they test for T3 in the bloodstream, NOT inside the cells. Honestly, I'm binging on Dynasty on Prime Video until 3am every day and night.
Also, I have Candy Cane Lane lined up, but I've gotten stuck on Dynasty for now.

Thinking about the Papier Mache birds that came out to sing on the hour from a giant cuckoo clock in a cafeteria style restaurant.
After watching that video, I'm pretty sure I don't want to bother with the construction of papier mache, its such a long process.

But if you do, you can use anything to build a shape, tin foil, paper cups, balloons, cardboard, toilet paper holders, masking tape to hold it together, etc. The glue can be made as follows, either look for a recipe online that you cook, or make it with flour, water and glue. (one part flour, two parts water, and a blob of pva craft glue in a paper bowl or cup). Then, use newspaper strips, then colored tissue paper layers, then use paint or permanent markers to put details on later.

We always ordered the Chinese food plate, got heaping amounts of food on one plate and Mom, sister and I could all share it, and fill up on one plateful, it was worth it. The paper mache birds? if they were paper mache - in the giant cuckoo clock were fascinating to catch a glimpse of each hour and they would sing for a moment each hour.

This is Filbert Street Hill in San Francisco. My first time driving in SF I had a stick shift on those hills, omg. There is a space where you have no control between being not in gear and engaging into 1st gear and when you switch gears you just glide. That in between is extra spooky if there is traffic and cars directly in front of you. Parking on a hill with so so parking brakes is also, you have to learn to turn the tires into the curb just right and park at a slant.
