First and foremost, this idea was just to start some small talk, even so, I’ll try to leave jokes out and be serious.
I tried to do a fish sandwich a few days ago... I haven’t had dairy in a while because I wasn’t a fan of the lactose intoleration although I loved drinking milk as a kid, and our older brother always said it was nasty and chastised me for it.
You can’t tell nor notice any differences without extensive data to pin a causal relationship between two events, although, I may have been physically bulkier back then if anything.
I read somewhere that calcium doesn’t even make bones stronger.
