Water is NF i think. In Godai water has a fighting role so it can be mistaken for fire. It is defensive, it is magnetic and associated with the moon. As mystics relate to the night and moon.

Earth is SF, my hypothesis.

I want to say muslims before the do their ritualized prayer, they cleanse themselves with water. Also Jews. If there is no water, then dirt or dust. I don't know if Jews can cleanse themselves with dust or dirt. These are the only two cleansers.

Water is the million-faced jackal. From the tap it sparkles, in the tree's hollow it festers, in the sauna it swirls and soothes and in the ocean it roars. Forms in ice and steam and stream it travels the globe with its being always changing yet still always the same.
